This is a personal project I did to test my digital illustration skills. Digital illustration was something I had never tried before--especially since I don't have access to other digital illustrative programs. I did this in Illustrator, which proved to be extremely difficult when I first started because Illustrator does not allow you to draw *conventionally*. However, by the end of the project, I had learned a lot more about the program than I thought I did before starting.
Before this project, I never saw illustration being relevant to graphic design. I've since understood how illustrative capabilities show that a designer does not need design elements to be provided for them, because they can provide their own if needed.
